Payment Options:

  • What types of payment are accepted?
  • Where is the nearest ATM?

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards and Graduate Athens gift cards.

There is an ATM in The Foundry located directly at the bottom of the stairs upon entering the venue.

Reservations & Venue Access:

  • Do you accept reservations?
  • Are patrons able to enter and exit the building once the show has started?

Currently we do not accept reservations, seating is on a first come first serve basis.  For most shows our doors open at 6:00p.m. and we encourage guests to arrive early to secure desired seating.  Seating is limited and not guaranteed with ticket purchase unless the event is specified as a seated show.  To confirm what type of event you are seeing (seated versus standing) please review the event description on our website.  Table reservations are options for a handful of select shows, this information can also be found under an event’s description.

Patrons are able to enter and exit the venue during the show as they please.  If a patron abuses this privilege, The Foundry reserves the right to not grant readmission.  Guests with torn wristbands or illegible stamps will not be readmitted.

Parking:

  • Is there Parking?

Parking is available in our parking lot or the Graduate Athens event parking section located in the Lay Center Lot behind the hotel.  Street parking is also available and free Monday through Friday after 10:00p.m. and all day Sunday.

* Parking lots and event parking are subject to become paid lots during home game football weekends.

Lost & Found:

  • How do I inquire about or report a lost item?

To inquire about or report a lost item, please contact our Venue Manager at  nsheer@graduateathens.com.  Please leave a description of the item and contact information.  The Foundry opens at 5:00p.m. daily if you’d like to inquire about a missing item in person.  The Foundry is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
